Dover Public Schools is excited to announce free preschool education for children who are three years old on or before October 1, 2024. Our preschool program offers a welcoming and enriching environment where young learners can grow, explore, and prepare for a bright academic future.

The School Business Administrator / Board Secretary of the Dover Board of Education, in the County of Morris, State of New Jersey, by authority of said Board, is soliciting proposal for the purpose of entering into a contract for Special Education Staffing Services for the 2024-2025 school year.

New Traffic Pattern and Drop-Off Procedure:

Timeframe: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM (While school is in session)

Location: East McFarland from Rt 46 to Jackson Street
Key Changes:

One-Way Traffic: East McFarland will become a one-way, two-lane road moving northerly.

No Parking: No parking will be allowed on either side of East McFarland during the designated hours.

No Left Turns: On Berry, Clark, or Jackson Street, Left turns will be prohibited.

Drop-Off Lanes: Both lanes on East McFarland will be used for drop-off. Students must exit the vehicle on the curbside of their lane.

Crossing Guards: To ensure a safe crossing for students dropped off across the street, crossing guards will be stationed at both Berry and Clark.

Safety Rules:

No lane changes should be attempted during drop-off.

Students should never cross the street without a crossing guard present.

All students must walk to Berry Street or Clark Street to cross the street.
